The Employability Skills Programme is all about you as a job seeker.

ALS will put together a tailored Employability Plan to help you achieve the experience and skills required by employers. We will support you to find a high-quality work placement matching your career goals and ambitions to suitable businesses. Your employability plan is unique to you and, if required, may also include:

• Essential skills training and development
• Support with CV writing, interview preparation, job-search techniques
• Vocational skills training
• In-work coaching
