Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with a number of team members to plan purchasing requirements of components, raising purchase orders with suppliers, planning deliveries of parts to meet production schedules and supporting the finance and operations team to update inventory levels into the company’s stock planning system. Communicating with suppliers on a daily basis and keeping the Operations Manager regularly updated on delivery schedules, purchase order plans and inventory is a key requirement of the role.
The marketing administrative tasks will support the Head of Marketing to conduct specific online research including market research and competitior tracking, compiling data, scheduling of social media (Facebook and Instagram campaigns), planning of content shoots (photography and video), assisting in building presentations and managing brand assets for the sales teams and retail partners. This role will be supported by and work alongside the Head of Marketing, our Marketing Co-ordinator and our E-Commerce Manager on all marketing campaign initiatives to build customer engagement, brand consistency, a positive customer experience and ongoing brand growth.
