To support the Technical Compliance team in maintaining the association’s compliance data systems and
processes, whilst also assisting in ensuring the information is accurate and up to date at all times.
To provide assistance with compiling relevant data and information reports.
To support in arranging work inspections and follow-up remedial repairs with residents and external
contractors.
Accountabilities:
Support in maintaining the quality and integrity of compliance data using all available systems, URM (repairs
systems), Ramis (compliance systems) by inputting data, checking and identifying data held at all times in
order to maintain compliance with statutory duties.
Engage with residents to support in planning compliance inspections and surveys for the in-house team and
external contractors by providing effective communication.
To aid with generating mail merges and send out inspections / work survey appointment letters to residents,
answer emails and phone calls queries relating to maintenance work.
Assist with the development of user-friendly compliance systems and processes ensuring clear and accurate
details are stored at all times.
Work collaboratively with other key areas of the business and communicate the importance of relevant and
accurate compliance information to increase other teams’ awareness and effective use of compliance data, to
inform future programmes of work and improve on current business performance.
Actively support the Technical Compliance Team to ensure that all data is accurate and up to date in all
relevant systems.
Support with inputting compliance data relating to survey and inspection information. Run performance
reports to ensure compliance, highlighting non-compliance issues to allow for further investigation.
Assist with maintaining compliance records / documents in a safe and secure environment in accordance with
the associations in –house policies and procedures.
