Key Duties:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Building business relationships and communicating on variety of levels.
- Understanding international business operations
- Preparation of documents (mainly in Word, PowerPoint or Excel)
- Administrative support
- Sales negotiation
- Customer engagement
- Asking questions and listening to customers
- Communication using telephone and email
- Attending trade events

Apprenticeship Programme: Level 3 Apprenticeship in Insurance 

Salary:
- Under 18 (first year) - £12,500
- Aged over 18 (first year) - £12,500
- Aged 19-22 (first year) - £16,500
- Aged 23+ and all apprentices after first year - £18,600

Hours: 31 - 40 hours per week
