Introduction to company: The Wallich operates under three core objectives: getting people off the streets; keeping people off the streets; and creating opportunities for people.

Key duties:   
- Support all staff with the new expense management app that went live in stages from July 2021
- Support with any updates required to the Petty cash process across all projects 
- Assist with day-to-day bank reconciliation tasks such as obtaining backup and ensuring the accounting system is kept up to date for direct debits, standing orders and any income
- To support the purchase and sales ledgers with any ad hoc tasks required to meet deadlines 
- Support the requisitions function and be the main point of contact during periods of leave 
- Update and manage the finance departments online and office filing systems 
- Deal with finance correspondence to our various mailboxes 
- Maintaining our customer and vendor records within Microsoft dynamics 365
- To facilitate the transfer of finance functions documentation from physical to digital format in-line with the organisations policies 

Salary: National Living Wage

Hours:  25 hours per week
