1. Support the delivery of Reporting and Data Analytics for the organisation.
2. Support the education of the organisation on how a data focus can inform their work through exploration of data and reports, in order to extract meaningful business-related insights, which can be better used to understand and improve financial performance.
3. Provide support to the development and analysis of data sets, data systems and KPI results across all initiatives.
4. Support the systematic definition and management of data processes, and their interactions, to achieve the intended results in accordance with the strategic direction of the organisation.
Provide an engaging, informative and friendly interactive experience for our customers via online social media, replying to messages, posting key service updates and supporting the delivery of the social media strategy. Identify high priority contacts including safety, PR and security issues. Ensure the company’s reputation is maintained and promoted by providing appropriate responses to customer contacts
Support the delivery of engaging social content and campaigns. Help to administer and coordinate posts within the content calendar. Help to deliver the Social Media Strategy in line with business and customer needs, ensuring customer expectations are met.
Ensure the reasons for all customer contacts are fully investigated using a variety of resources and industry systems, including liaising with other internal departments and industry stakeholders, escalating any contentious issues or dissatisfied customers to a senior member of the team.
Salary: £16,700 per annum
Hours: 37 Hours Per Week
