Confidence is a key factor in whether people succeed in life or not, it is a pivotal building block in a person’s ability to achieve. A lack of confidence can mask a person’s true ability therefore, building confidence is key to helping people succeed. Aimed at helping participants to progress in their professional and personal lives, this new course challenges perceptions, inspires and encourages students in an innovative and dynamic way.

Prerequisites: Pre-coursework to be completed prior to start date

- Practical techniques to increase confidence in daily life.

Assessment details
The assessment is comprised of a workbook to be completed throughout the course.
On completion of the course you will gain a Level 1 Improving own Confidence.
