This course is for practitioners who assess knowledge and/or skills in vocationally-related environments or real work place environments. Pathway selected will reflect job role. Delegates must have access to two learners to complete the units.
Pathway depends on job role. Unit 2 & Unit 3. Both will be assessed through real working practices – 1-2-1 meeting with assessor.
Unit 1 – knowledge based unit exploring assessment methods and principles and requirements of assessment. Pathways.
Unit 2 – assess competency in the working environment.
Unit 3 -assess vocational skills and knowledge. Through assignments, observation and work products.
Delivery: Unit 1 is knowledge based delivered through 2 in-person workshops, an online course and a written assignment.
