About the apprenticeship
Location: Cardiff
Duties:
- Using, monitoring or auditing security tooling and infrastructure
- Acting on threat intelligence and proactively addressing threats
- Conducting vulnerability assessments, appropriately analysing, monitoring and reporting to ensure continuous improvement
- Incident Response, triaging alerts, analysis and remediating security incidents
- Testing, verifying and validating the configuration and operational effectiveness of infrastructure, systems or processes
- Providing advice and guidance, ensuring compliance with, and adherence to, University security policies and procedures
- Any other reasonable tasks required
Pay: £22,994 per year
Hours: 31-40 hours per week
Qualification Achieved: Cyber Security Analyst L3
