Key skills required:
- Primary contact for all customer support calls and emails
- Customer support and troubleshooting 1st line
- Assisting with client and internal projects
- Undertake general admin duties
- Assist in other aspects of business where necessary
Pay: Starting at £8.50
Hours: 31-40 hours per week
Qualification Achieved: Level 3 Professional Competence for IT Professionals
