Employer Solutions for Workforce Development

As a leading training provider we offer a range of training and development solutions that help support and upskill your existing team members and attract new talent to your business in line with your business development needs.

Our goal is to establish the most effective support required for all training services and ensure that our clients access the most professional standards of delivery, flexibility and customer service to enhance their competitive edge. By investing in apprenticeships, you ensure your team can deliver exceptional service to your customers, backed by improved skills and knowledge.

  • Recognition of Skill. Your team members will gain both recognition for skills they have gained since entering employment and new smart ways of working more effectively in line with your business procedures.
  • Workplace Competency. The structure of the qualifications enables your team members to demonstrate their competency at undertaking their key job role.
  • Validation. It validates that existing in-house training is being understood and more importantly that your business is receiving the benefit.
  • Accreditation. The programmes offer accreditation and support for all levels within your business from Managers, Team Leaders / Supervisors to core Operational Staff.
  • Flexible Learning. All qualifications are delivered on a one-to-one basis at your premises; we visit you, therefore productivity disruption is kept to a minimum. There is no requirement for your team members to attend college as the programmes are work related.

“We view an Apprenticeship as the beginning of a journey extending beyond their initial two-year period. This has resulted in over 90% of our apprentices securing employment and education opportunities with the vast majority staying with us.”
